Just like a car needs maintenance, our body needs routine maintenance. If not, what happens? The car falls apart. Things stop working properly and you can't get from point A to point B. If you had your dream car, say a Nissan GT-R. Are you going to let that sport car go a mile over before getting the oil changed? NO! What about tires, are you going to wait until those tires are showing tread and fall apart? Heck No!

Our body needs help!

I have selected a range of movements most people can do easily every day and almost anywhere. I have worked with many people from every background imaginable. These are the most common areas of challenge that seem to take on the "wear and tear."

If we can take a little bit of pressure off our joints every day the difference over a significant amount of time may be the difference of having a surgery or not.

Our bodies were meant to last us a lifetime It's how we take care of it that will determine how well our bodies will serve us in our later years in life.
